Vision development
New software always starts with a vision. The clearer this vision is described, the better the work can be prioritized and the more targeted the available capacities can be deployed. That is why we insist on a clear vision and support you in developing a precise idea of what you want to achieve.
MVP definition
With the help of story mapping and other interactive methods, we extract the key features of the software solution to be developed together with you during a workshop. All central functions are identified and prioritized. This creates the functional scope for the first version of the software – the so-called MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
Click dummy
We develop a click dummy with as little technical effort as possible so that everyone involved can get an identical picture of the MVP. This is ideal for initial acceptance tests with the users of your software.
Technical planning and installation
Once it is clear where the journey should take us, we start with the technical planning. We design a robust software architecture and set up the development and operating environments. We establish a stable deployment process and test management to ensure that new functions are released quickly and reliably.
MVP development
Now the incremental development of a usable version of your product begins: requirements are formulated as user stories, planned with the Scrum team and implemented in iterations, usually lasting 2 to 4 weeks, known as sprints. At the end of each sprint, the results are evaluated together with you. The insights gained are incorporated directly into the next iteration.
Roll-Out
The current status of the software can be assessed at any time on a test system. Ideally, you can also obtain feedback from your future users at an early stage.
